Japanese treatment method  by apposition of the hands, created by Mikao Usui start of the 20th Century.

Purpose of Reiki

To enhance both mind & body by practicing Reiki Ryoho (Reiki hands-on healing art) and to achieve inner peace & balance in our daily life.

Reiki session :

Reiki may be done with a light gentle pressure touch or the hands may be a few cms above your body, with no actual touch. There are standard hand placements, avoiding all sensitive body parts. Prior to the session best to inform your preferences, light touch or no touch. The session is fully clothed and ideally with comfortable clothing. The session is usually done without talking, there will be a background music to help in your relaxation. If you want to communicate something during the session, such as if you are cold or too warm, if you would like the music to be adjusted, or if something feels uncomfortable for you, then do speak up at any time during the session. The most important is to make your session the best experience as possible. After the session, you may share you experience, also if there is anything you wish to ask, feel free. It is a good feedback for planning your next session. The session takes 1 hour.
