These general terms and conditions govern all use of letyoursensis.be and in particular the product offers and sales on this website. When you visit this website or buy a product on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time so we recommend that you read them carefully each time you visit us. Letyoursensis.be does not accept any other terms and conditions unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

  1. Privacy

In our privacy policy, you will find information on how letyoursensis.be will use your data. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree with our privacy policy.

  1. Right to return your order

You have the right to request an exchange/return for item(s) that you have bought within 14 working calendar days. This period begins the day following the day you receive your items. Requests for returns will not be accepted after this period.

As soon as we have received your return request by email, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including all the information needed. After handling your return, the exchange will be shipped. We will notify you by sending a confirmation by email that contains information about the courier.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your returned items.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if you received a product which was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.

In the unlikely event that the new items are not available, we will inform you by e-mail and automatically refund the items that cannot be delivered.

Conditions

We will accept your exchange or return with pleasure when you respect the following points:

  • You ask to return the items within 14 days of delivery of the order.
  • Customers can request a refund/return from their “My Account” webpage. They need to select the product that they would like to return. You will get an email once a return request has been placed.
  • Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels returned using another carrier service.
  • Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and tear.
  • The original packaging is included and is in good condition.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Shipping costs will only be refunded if you received a product which was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.

Please note:

In the unlikely event that your package is lost during shipping or return, you will always be refunded with a voucher. It is not possible to refund this amount in cash.

Important general remarks

Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

  1. Product information

We have made every effort to make sure descriptions of products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and colour quality may vary depending on your screen and that we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately reflects all the characteristics of the actual product.

All prices are in euros. All prices on the website are include VAT but do not include extra costs like shipping. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight.

Prices may change. Please check the applicable price advertised at the time when you place your order.

  1. Orders

Letyoursensis.be  sells its products to consumers. This means that different conditions apply if you are an individual who intends to buy a product not for personal use but, for example, for resale, or if you are a company. Please contact the Author/Editor Alexandra by email for any further information on this matter.

By submitting an order, you explicitly agree to be irrevocably bound by these terms and conditions, including all policies and subsections such as the Privacy Policy and return sections.

In the unlikely event that a product that you have ordered is not available, we will inform you promptly and suggest an alternative solution (for example: later delivery, exchange, refund) without any cost to you.

Letyoursensis.be reserves the right to change or to cancel an order where prices or discounts were not displayed correctly on the website or if they were not stated correctly in the invoice.

  1. Payments

After you submit your order, you will be referred to the secure payment page of our website and will be asked to pay for your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, iDeal and Bancontact.

You will receive an electronic order confirmation on your screen and by e-mail when your payment has been made.

By placing an order you authorize Pay NL, PayPal, or Stripe to charge your account for the total value of your order including shipment and handling fees.

We do not store your financial details and card numbers in our system in any way. The payment providers may do so. Please refer to their website for any further information.

If your payment is refunded, we will credit the card or bank account of the person who paid for the product(s). We are not responsible for fluctuations between the currency used for the initial payment and the currency of your credit card or bank account when the refund is made.

  1. Delivery and shipment
    1. We aim to prepare your order within one working day of receiving your payment. It takes 2-3 working days before we can deliver your order to the delivery address that you provided (excluding weekends and bank holidays in Belgium and your country of residence).
    2. We process and ship purchased products from Monday to Friday between 09:00 am and 17:00pm CET, except on Belgian bank holidays.
    3. If your parcel is lost by the carrier service, we will issue a voucher for the total amount of your order so that you can re-order the desired items. Please note that we do not offer refunds for lost packages.
  1. Copy of contract

Letyoursensis.be keeps an electronic copy of your order for as long as this is required by law. If you wish to have a hard copy of your order, you can print the “order confirmation” that will appear on your screen once you have submitted your order and your payment has been processed. This order confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail. For additional copies, please contact us.
