I found it a very nice experience. You do a lot of fun things and you get to relax every now and then. I normally don't like camps but these camps are very nice. If there was anything you could always go to Alexandra.
As a mum, I found it really cool to experience that my child was REALLY excited every day. Looking forward in the morning to experiencing another day.... The camps fit nicely with what the child needs at that moment. The child can and may just be themselves. Spontaneity!
You're a born professional motivator
My 2 boys aged 10 and 11 have already taken part in Alexandra's camp a number of times. Since they have been going to this camp, all the other camps are no longer as much fun. If they could, they would, without a doubt, participate in every Alexandra camp. They both think it is the best camp they have ever had, over and over again. They learn to treat each other with respect, as well as to do crafts, to relax and, above all, to have fun!
Sophrology did me a lot of good. I felt calm and joy. I felt reborn. Alexandra's voice is relaxing and harmonious. Thank you Alexandra.
I have memories of this event of workshops adapted to children with varied materials. Even if some of them didn't feel at ease right away, Alexandra gently took them into her world, listening to themselves and to others. She was also careful to choose her workshops so that they fit in with our class project. Finally, she suggested ways in which I could extend her activity to help the children express their emotions. A morning outside of school time, enriching for them and for me.

At the start of the reiki session, I felt rather tired, rather had a low energy level. The session was very pleasant, allowing me to relax and let go of the worries of the day. After the session, I felt much more energetic, more balanced, both mentally and physically. I highly recommend reiki sessions with Alexandra!
