INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
Meditation allows to relax, it is a practice that consists in training the mind to free itself from negative thoughts.
Meditation is a time to settle down, recharge your batteries and take a step back. Just stay calm, relaxed, receptive, that’s all. Just be there.
Aim of Meditation
Meditation calms the mind, rests the physical body, and allows to refocus. It allows you to connect inwardly with calm and tranquility and you learn to welcome what is, in the present moment.
The practice does not require any special conditions. Just be there and live the moment. It can be done while sitting on a chair, lotus position etc…
Duration of the session is one hour ; group & individual sessions are possible.
We also propose online sessions if you are unable to come to the practice in person.
