‘WELL-BEING’ helps children to reinforce their self-confidence, to develop their full potential, to strengthen their personality and creativity and to feel happy.
Exercise and countless other methods of relaxation in well-being help them to consciously listen to their bodies and to open up their own emotions. In a pleasant environment, techniques such as mindfulness, sophrology, breathing and reiki are used and adapted to suit everyone’s needs.

We organize creative and playful workshops. In a friendly and relaxed environment, your children are able to learn the different well-being techniques at their own pace and to use their senses to integrate a feeling of fulfillment for the rest of their lives.
