Free of lequilibre.be is a certified Pilates instructor and passionate about food and health. With her guidance, you’ll learn how to use food for a gentle cleanse of your body whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or meat-eater.

Programme highlights

  1. Two get-togethers: Before and after the cleanse, we organise a get-together where you can share your experiences with fellow participants. These provide a nice group feeling and, as a participant, you give and draw inspiration from others.
  2. Food planner and shopping list: We provide a fully curated meal plan with guidelines that you can follow throughout the cleanse period. This plan will provide your body with essential nutrients and keep your energy levels high. There is also room for personal preferences.
  3. Whatsapp group: Guided by Free for questions on nutrition during these 6 days.

Individual online coaching session in English: online appointment with Alexandra (certified coach) during the cleanse.

Daily online meditations in English: Join our morning guided meditation sessions in our cleanse workshop, where you will discover meditation, strengthen mental clarity while detoxifying your body. Alexandra will also guide these.

The cleanse has helped myself and many others reduce minor and major discomforts.

I therefore keep returning to it myself for my own physical well-being.
